What are my delivery options and how much does shipping cost?
We offer standard delivery, express shipping, and same-day delivery in select areas. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size of your items and your location. You can also choose our free 'Click & Collect' service to pick up your order from a local store in as little as an hour.
What is your return policy for faulty or change-of-mind items?
If a product is faulty, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unopened and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Do you offer professional installation for large appliances and TVs?
Yes, we offer professional installation services for whitegoods, laundry appliances, and wall-mounted televisions. You can add these services to your cart during the checkout process or inquire with a staff member in-store.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, JB Hi-Fi Gift Cards, and buy-now-pay-later options including Afterpay and Zip.
How does the 'Price Match' guarantee work?
We pride ourselves on having the lowest prices. If you find a cheaper price on an identical stocked item from a physical competitor, we will match it. This applies to current advertised prices and must be verified by our team at the time of purchase.
Can I track the status of my online order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking link. You can also log into your JB Hi-Fi account and visit the 'Order History' section to see real-time updates on your delivery.
